About cancellation

You can cancel your order in one hour after the order. After that we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Return / Exchange

  • Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Please note that returned items must be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, custom upholstered furniture and made to order items, final sale items, some specific special order items and perishable food. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Ways to Return

  • Defective products
    When the return is made because of a product defect, you need to return the package using the return label given by us and we will pay the shipping fee. However if you use a random courier, we might not able to compensate your shipping fee.
  • Buyer's remorse
    If the return is made because of a problem of customer side, you need to send the package to our US warehouse address by yourself.

Ineligible Items

  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt.
  • Monogrammed or personalized items
  • Perishable food
  • Made to Order items, including custom rugs, fabric by the yard and furniture
  • Final sale items
  • Mattresses
  • Outdoor grills
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Because grocery products' packaging can change from time to time, we do not accept a return request for packaging difference.
  • Due to voltage difference of countries, the product you buy might be not usable in your country. Please ask us before purchase if you are not sure.

Refund Processing Timeline

We will begein the refund process right after we receive the returned package. Usually it takes additional 3~5 days when you paid by credit card.

Refund Policy

  • Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
  • Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Cash & Check Refunds - Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
  • Over $10,000 - If your return for Merchandise Credit Cards is greater than $10,000, we will issue you $10,000 in Merchandise Credit Cards to you that day, then mail additional Merchandise Credit Card(s) for the remaining amount owed to you.
  • eMerchandise Cards - eMerchandise Card(s) will be issued as a refund tender for any online orders paid using any type of Stored Value Cards such as gift card, e-gift card, merchandise credit.
