About delivery time

Usually the shipping takes 1~3 weeks to most of the countries. However sometimes international delivery process will get affected by various factors like international matters, domestic delivery problems and/or customs procedures and it can be delayed more time. If you are in a hurry, ask us before purchasing. We will be able to suggest more accurate delivery time.
Usually packages under 1kg will be shipped by postal service and packages over 1kg will be shipped by FedEx but it depends on the situation.

About Payment

You can use all major credit cards(VISA,MASTER,AMEX,Discover,Diners club,JCB), PayPal and Bitcoin payment.

About Order cancellation

You can safely cancel the order in 1 hour from the time when you ordered. However some items cannot be cancelled later than that.

About return/exchange

If the product you got is broken or missing, please tell us in 14 days after you received the package. We will make a return/exchange procedure. However because grocery products' packaging can change from time to time, we do not accept a return request for packaging difference.

About electronics and appliances

Due to voltage difference of countries, the product you buy might be not usable in your country. Please ask us before purchase if you are not sure.

About melted chocolates in transit

We ship literally worldwide. This makes us hard to predict the climates of all the locations including stopping regions during the delivery process. Please order meltable chocolates at your own discretion. We are not responsible for melted chocolates.

About refrigiration-required products

Because an international delivery can take 1~3 weeks, the product will not be refrigerated during the transit. Sometimes we put ice packs in the package but the ice packs will not keep its original temperature until the final delivery. Refrigeration-required probiotics may not be able to maintain the maximum potency but it will not do any harm to your body. Please order refrigiration-required products at your own discretion. We are not responsible for the condition of the product when it arrives.
