      About delivery time

      Usually the shipping takes 1~3 weeks to most of the countries.       About Order cancellation

      About return/exchange

      If the product you got is broken or missing, please tell us in 14 days after you received the package. We will make a return/exchange procedure. However because grocery products' packaging can change from time to time, we do not accept a return request for packaging difference.

      About melted chocolates in transit

      About refrigiration-required products

      Because an international delivery can take 1~3 weeks, the product will not be refrigerated during the transit. Sometimes we put ice packs in the package but the ice packs will not keep its original temperature until the final delivery.
